Note: Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) will still incur our standard shipping fees based on your location.

Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange only under the following conditions:
The product was damaged during transit.
The item delivered does not match the specifications of your original order.
How to Start a Claim
To report an issue, please reach out to our team within 24 hours of receiving your package:
Via Email/WhatsApp: Send us clear photos of the damaged product along with a picture of your invoice.
Via Phone: Call us with your Order ID ready for verification.
Important: To maintain our quality standards, the complaint window is strictly limited to 24 hours after delivery. We cannot process claims submitted after this period.
Handling Damaged Goods
If your herbal oils arrive in an unsatisfactory state, please notify us immediately through our Contact Us section or Watsapp. Include your order number, images of the damage, and your packing slip.
Note: Please keep the product and all original packaging. Items must be returned to us to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Managing Defective Orders
For any defective items delivered within Pakistan, Herbs Century will coordinate with our courier partners to arrange a pickup at no extra cost to you, provided the item is packed securely. We will confirm the pickup schedule with you in advance.
To complete the process, please provide:
A photo of the received product.
A photo of your invoice.
A photo of the courier’s airway bill.
Once we receive and verify the defective item, we will issue a replacement exactly as listed on your original invoice.
Packaging Requirements
To ensure a smooth exchange, products must be returned in their original Herbs Century packaging. If the original packaging is missing or significantly altered, any additional handling or shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
